Is it possible to set Nokia S40 to do auto-send SMS, without user confirmation?

many phones does not allow some features (sms, files, ...) without user confirmation if midlet is not signed. navigami is not signed because it is a free noncommercial application and the certificate costs hundreds of dollars a year. if there are enough donations I will buy the certificate.
