GPS Garmin10X

Hi!
I´ve found Navigami on the Internet... I have a Sony Ericsson K510a and a Garmin 10X GPS.
The software is allready loaded to the Phone (the jar file).
The application seems to work. It searches for the GPS and links into it.
But no coords or satellite data is display.
I didn´t do anything with the jad file.
I would thankyou very much if you can assist me.

nmea

are you using NMEA 183? do not use garmin format.

Thanks for your response.
The unit manual says that it operates on the NMEA0183 interface protocol. GGA/GSA/GSV/GLL/RMC/VTG and Garmin proprietary
It also states that the GPS reciever is a High sensitivity SiRFsartIII GPS reciever, WAAS-enabled.
Would that work?

yes, it should work. any nmea0183 compatible device. switch your receiver to nmea mode.

Thanks for the tips. I´ll try to find a way to comunicate them. The GPS 10X dosen´t have any settings at all. You just turn it on and thats it.
To make shure I´ll try with Garmin support to see what thwy say.
I will keep you inform if it works.

is there no software dvd in the box?
try another gps software if it works.

well it isn't working still

well it isn't working still and I have to do lots of work to complete my search for ccie certification, ccna training and mcitp training. Do you some other way to sort it out?
