I have a sanyo katana (6600) sprint phone and I was able to download and install the application but my GPS coordinates are all zeros. When I configure the GPS settings, I select GPS > Device > Device (item) > select Internal > hit Back button > Device (again) > verify it says Internal and "Connected" is checked. My coordinates are still zero and, strangely, if I reselect Internal, I get a beep on my phone and a screen that says "Connection failed: Application not authorized to access the restricted API". By the way, I have ran another app, Mobile Gmaps, successfully after following their instructions on enabling the developer's certificate on my phone and I saw my GPS coordinates and browsed maps just fine. I am confused with this app because it says "Connected" but yet my GPS location is all zeros. What else do I need to do? Oh and I am able to download a map (broken map though) wirelessly (pcs vision plan) and if I pan to the side I get an exception.
