navigami

Hello,
I have recently bought an HGE-100 GPS receiver and I want to use it with a Sony-Ericsson Z610i phone. I have installed navigami, set it to use serial port, and set the port to AT5 and a baudrate of 9600. It does not work, although the phone recognises the HGE-100. Do you know what I can do to solve it and use navigami. As far as I have seen it seems to be a really complete and nice GPS application which suits me very well.
The GPS receiver is suppose to be used by this phone. I have not installed any of the official SE applications (wayfinder is not free and needs internet connection all the time, and Satellite locator and GPS Tracker, which are free, seem to have dissapeared from the official SE download page...
