Placing landmarks with longitude and lat

I been going through google earth mapping key places. Then attempted to put them as landmarks in navigami.

However, its a bit strange. I use the longitude and latitude output from google earth such as 53°21'52.78"N and 1°48'57.05"W, which goes to Edale UK.
Then just put into navigami as 53.215278 and 1.485705. They should, in theory work.

I tested to see the output from a landmark based from my GPS position, checked the long and lat in google earth and it showed practically the same numbers.

Is there any sure way add the correct landmark positions into navigami, by manual placement?

Same prob entering landmarks on SGH-E250

I can enter the name of the landmark (and have a small down arrow at the bottom of the screen) but cannot select the coordinate fields. Left softkey lets me only select from "Save" and current location. Is this a Samsung-specific issue? Version is 1.0.8 (are there any upgrades?)

I can not enter the coordinates.
the fields are locked ?
