The panel names in the main menu dissapear if you step left or right between them.
If you select one, and then select back from there, you will see the name you are on again, but the name tab dissapears again if you move.
The icons are OK, you just have to remember them.

Full Screen
Full screen mode makes problems on some phones. Try to disable full screen. Please go: Main menu > Settings > System > Full Screen
