I found something on other forums. Motorola doesn't support JSR-179 standard. It uses it's own Location API. Navigami supports only NMEA183 and JSR-179 in current version. Support for Motorola will be added later.
Motorola E1000 supports AGPS only (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assisted_GPS). AGPS is not fully featured GPS and needs some processing on the mobile network provider side. Try it with some Bluetooth GPS Receiver.
