SPH-m620 GPS Trouble

Hello,

I have installed Navigami on my SPH-m620, but it will not connect to the GPS satellites. I select "Internal" as the provider, and it automatically checks the "Connect" box for me. But when I click on the Satellites menu option, it just displays a white screen with the words "Not Connected".

My phone does have a GPS, and I was able to get MGMaps to load and use it succesfully. Any ideas as to why I cannot connect to the satellites? Have a missed a step somewhere? All help is apreciated!

No GPS reading k800 + Holux 240 Slim..

Hello,

The app looks good when i loaded it up, however it wouldn't read coordinates from my gps despite being connected and displaying satellites.

I managed to get gps readings using different software in the same place, so don't think its the signal strength.

Setup = SE k800i + Holux 240 Slim

Thanks

Satellites

Satelittes screen is used for GPS communicating over Bluetooth or Serial Cable and uses NMEA Protocol. Internal Location Provider does not support this info. If your location is ok then application works right.

I am using the internal GPS

I am using the internal GPS provided by my phone. When I go to the Last Known location screen, I receive no long.lat infomartion, everything is 0. The compass does not seem to provide any valid information eaither. On the up side, I do not get any error messages concrning the GPS device itself. Any idea what is wrong?

re

No reading is displayed in the position screen, despite the gps being connected successfully by bluetooth and displaying six satellites. Maybe i'm missing something obvious, will investigate further..

Cheers
