ART. 1 – CONTRACT VALIDITY

The contract is fulfilled upon the purchase of the ticket/booking online at www.navigami.com or upon completion on the platform www.zaniviaggi.com.

ART. 2 – TICKET CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

No damages may be claimed from the carrier or the captain for the failure to provide the service due to force majeure, including technical, meteorological, navigational reasons, event cancellations, or pandemics. If the journey is canceled before departure by NAVIGAMI Srl due to such force majeure, a voucher will be issued for the same trip, to be used—upon reservation—within one year from the date of issue.
The choice of motor vessel and embarkation points, whether owned or not, will be at the sole discretion of the captain based on the river water level conditions, which will be communicated in due time to ensure proper service delivery. Sudden changes to routes and destinations are possible due to adverse navigability conditions of the river; therefore, no refunds or additional charges will apply.
Failure to use or cancellation (even partial) of the ticket/booking/journey/rental/event by the customer, either before or after departure, for reasons not attributable to NAVIGAMI Srl, does not entitle the customer to any refund of the amount paid. The customer is also obligated to pay the full contractual amount. Rescheduling for another date with the same travel/contract document is not permitted.

ART. 3 – PETS ON BOARD

Pets are allowed on board only if reported in advance by email to info@navigami.com, specifying the type and size of the animal. NAVIGAMI reserves the right to refuse transport if other animals are already on board or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

ART. 4 – PROHIBITIONS / ALLOWANCES ONBOARD

It is forbidden to damage, soil, remove, or tamper with parts of the boat and onboard equipment or devices; smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited; carrying weapons is also prohibited.
Food and beverages (including alcoholic drinks) are allowed on board.

ART. 5 – SAFETY

From boarding until disembarkation, passengers must comply with the instructions provided by the onboard Command. Additionally, they must behave with due diligence and caution, ensuring the safety of themselves, others, any animals under their care, and their belongings, especially when required by the weather and river conditions during the journey.

ART. 6 – LOST ITEMS

If a passenger forgets or loses personal belongings on board, they can contact the onboard staff or, after disembarkation, report the loss by emailing info@navigami.com.
Once the report is received, the Carrier will immediately carry out all necessary searches in accordance with Article 927 of the Civil Code. The Carrier is not liable for any compensation in case the lost or forgotten items are not recovered.

ART. 7 – FARE CONDITIONS AND DISCOUNTS

As stated in the authorization granted to NAVIGAMI Srl to operate navigation services on the Lombardy canals system – lots no. 1, 2, 3 (public tender approved with DDUO 20.12.2019 no. 18985) – decree no. 6843 of 20/05/2021, the fares are communicated annually and comply with the following discounts for each route:
