ARTICLE 1 – CONTRACT VALIDITY
The contract is fulfilled by purchasing the ticket/reservation online at www.navigami.com or by completing the process on the platform www.zaniviaggi.com.
ARTICLE 2 – TICKET CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
No damages can be claimed from the carrier or captain for any failure to provide the service due to technical, meteorological, navigational, event cancellation, or pandemic-related force majeure. If the trip is canceled before departure by NAVIGAMI srl due to force majeure as mentioned above, a voucher for the same trip will be provided for use, upon reservation, within one year from the date of issuance. The choice of the vessel and embarkation points, whether owned or not, will be at the exclusive discretion of the captain based on the hydrological conditions of the river, which will be communicated in a timely manner for the requested service. Sudden changes in routes and destinations caused by adverse river navigability conditions are possible, and therefore no refunds or additional costs are provided. The customer’s failure to use or partial cancellation of the ticket/reservation/trip/rental/event, either before or after departure, for reasons not attributable to NAVIGAMI srl, does not entitle the customer to any refund of the amount paid and obligates them to settle the entire contracted amount. Furthermore, rescheduling for another date with the same travel/contract title is not provided.
ARTICLE 3 – ANIMALS ON BOARD
Domestic animals are accepted on board only upon prior notification to info@navigami.com, with precise indications regarding the type and size of the animal. Navigami reserves the right to refuse transportation if other animals are already on board or for other reasons at the complete discretion of Navigami.
ARTICLE 4 – WEAPONS TRANSPORT
The possession of weapons or any offensive instruments on board is prohibited.
ARTICLE 5 – SAFETY
From the moment of boarding until disembarkation, passengers must adhere to the instructions given by the ship’s command. Additionally, they must conduct themselves with due care and prudence, ensuring the safety and well-being of themselves, the persons and animals under their care, as well as the safety of their belongings, taking into account the weather and river conditions of the journey.
ARTICLE 6 – LOST ITEMS
In case a passenger forgets or loses personal belongings on board, they can contact the onboard personnel or, after disembarkation, report the loss to info@navigami.com. Once notified, the Carrier will immediately conduct all necessary searches, in accordance with the provisions of Article 927 of the Civil Code, without being obligated to provide any compensation in case the passenger’s forgotten or lost items are not found on board.
ARTICLE 7 – COVID-19 OR OTHER HEALTH ALERTS PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
Passengers are informed that if there are national or regional regulations in effect due to ongoing health emergencies that restrict access to public places or means of transportation, boarding will be prohibited unless compliance with such regulations and any related requirements is ensured (e.g., presentation of a valid green pass or other specific documentation).
It is also notified that if the regulations impose passenger capacity reduction, distancing, or other forms of protection, these measures will be implemented, and notice will be provided on the website www.navigami.com.
ARTICLE 8 – BEHAVIOR ON BOARD
- Avoid gatherings.
- Maintain a distance of at least 1 meter.
- Wearing a face mask is mandatory only inside the vessel.
- Sanitize hands using the hand sanitizing dispensers on board the vessel and consider wearing gloves.
